It was a VERY busy weekend. Some of the highlights:
It was great fun to meet up with Rasheen on Saturday, lift a few pints, and catch up on life since we last saw each other several years ago. Rasheen is one of my brother's oldest friends, so I've known him forever. He's like another little brother to me.
After drinks with Rasheen, Mike and I headed over to the West Village to meet up with some of my family who were in town. Again, it's been a couple of years since I've seen them, so it was nice to visit and catch up with everyone.
As if that wasn't enough running around, we then headed over to Kettle for a MoCCA/Pride/for-the-hell-of-it drink-up. There were old faces and new, but I think it's safe to say the star of the evening was Felix Adams-McArdle, Sean and Suzanne's new puppy. So cute he makes my teeth hurt.
After all of that running around (and drinking), Mike and I took it easy yesterday, sleeping late and relaxing most of the day. It was absolutely beautiful out, and we took advantage of the yard and the grill again. All in all, it was a pretty great weekend.

Sigh.

Shamelessly ripped from Dietsch's blog, this link to kottke.org, and Jason's rules for the NYC subway.
I want to print 500 copies and hand them out to people.
[Also from kottke via Dietsch, your morning commute. Gorgeous.]
