We're not 100% certain... she does seem to be getting less puffy, you could say, as the days go on. Her milk is drying up which caused her some discomfort initially, but she is looking (and apparently feeling) better each day. We're keeping a close eye on her and spending lots of time with her. She still cries out for the teenies from time to time which is just heartbreaking, but overall she seems to be in good spirits.
We've still got a couple of possible leads for a permanent home from Stumpy, and Lisa from BARC is supposed to let us know when the ASPCA spay/neuter truck is there so we can get Stumpy in and taken care of.

Thanks, Liz. As much as we miss having them around, it is wonderful to know they are safe with their new families. Now we just need to work on Stumpy. :)

What a lovely story, and how wonderful you managed to get the kitties homed! I hope Stumpy can be spayed soon. Too many kitties are born with no home to go to.
You're wonderful!
